Neon Sign Maker is a tool for creating glowing neon-tube text animations and exporting them as a video, GIF, or Live Photo. The app runs entirely offline. It does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. There are no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no accounts.
None. Neon Sign Maker does not collect personal information, usage analytics, crash reports, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or any other form of data. We never see the text you enter or the designs you create.
Add to Photos only. When you tap a save button (Save Video / Save GIF / Save Live Photo), the app asks for permission to add the file you created to your photo library, using Apple's "add-only" Photos permission. The app can only add the items it creates; it cannot read, browse, or access any existing photos or videos in your library. No other permissions (camera, microphone, location, contacts, Bluetooth, etc.) are requested.
The text and signature you type, and the designs you save to the in-app Gallery, are stored only on your device (in the app's local settings) so the app can remember them between launches. This information is never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party. Exported videos, GIFs, and Live Photos are written only to your own photo library when you choose to save them. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data.
Neon Sign Maker does not perform any network communication. It does not load remote content, fetch updates from any server, or send any data outside the device. The app works fully without an internet connection.
Neon Sign Maker does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. The app uses only Apple's first-party frameworks (SwiftUI, UIKit, AVFoundation, Photos, ImageIO, Core Text, Foundation).
Neon Sign Maker is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because the app does not collect any data, no special considerations are required under children's privacy regulations such as COPPA or GDPR-K.

「写真への追加」のみです。保存ボタン(動画を保存 / GIF を保存 / Live Photo を保存)を押したときに、作成したファイルを写真ライブラリへ追加するため、Apple の「追加のみ」の写真パーミッションを要求します。本アプリが扱えるのは自分が作成して追加する項目だけで、ライブラリ内の既存の写真や動画を読み取ったり閲覧したりすることはできません。カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先、Bluetooth など、その他のパーミッションは一切要求しません。
