Nemukunaal does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app is a selfie mirror that helps users notice their own sleepy-looking facial expression. Camera frames are processed entirely on-device and are never recorded, saved, uploaded, or shared. The current app does not use the TrueDepth API, ARKit face tracking, depth maps, face mesh data, or any facial biometric identification.
None. Nemukunaal does not collect personal information, usage analytics, crash reports, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, camera images, face images, biometric data, health data, or any other form of user data.
Nemukunaal requests Camera access only. The camera is used solely to display the live front-camera mirror and draw diagnostic-style visual overlays around the face, eyes, and head position. Camera access is requested at first use via the standard iOS permission dialog and can be revoked at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera > Nemukunaal.
No other permissions (microphone, photos, location, contacts, Bluetooth, etc.) are requested.
Camera frames are processed only as a transient live signal:
1. The front camera provides live frames through Apple's AVFoundation framework.
2. Apple's on-device Vision framework estimates face and eye landmarks for the visual overlay.
3. The app displays the live mirror and overlay on screen.
4. Frames and intermediate landmark estimates are discarded during the live session.
Camera images are never recorded as video, saved as photos, written to disk, uploaded to any server, transmitted over the network, or shared with any third party.
The current version of Nemukunaal does not use the TrueDepth API or ARKit face tracking. It does not access, collect, store, transmit, or share depth maps, face mesh data, ARFaceAnchor data, TrueDepth camera data, facial biometric identifiers, or face templates.
The app uses Apple's on-device Vision framework only to estimate temporary face and eye landmark positions for drawing the live visual overlay. These temporary estimates remain in memory only during the live mirror session and are discarded immediately. They are not saved, linked to a user identity, uploaded, shared with third parties, or used for authentication, identification, tracking, advertising, analytics, or profiling.
The app may store simple session history, such as completion times, only inside the app's local storage on your device. These records are not linked to your identity and are never sent to the developer or any third party. You can delete the app to remove the local records.
Nemukunaal does not perform any network communication. It does not load remote content, fetch updates from any server, or send any data outside the device. The app works fully without an internet connection.
Nemukunaal does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking services. The app uses only Apple's first-party frameworks such as SwiftUI, AVFoundation, Vision, CoreHaptics, and Foundation.
Nemukunaal is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent drowsiness or any medical condition. It does not determine driving ability, alertness, or safety.
Do not use this app while driving, walking, operating machinery, or in any situation that requires attention.
Because Nemukunaal does not collect any data, no special considerations are required under children's privacy regulations such as COPPA or GDPR-K.
If this privacy policy changes in a future version of the app, the updated policy will be published at this URL. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page along with the new revision date.

ありません。「眠クナクナール」は、氏名、メールアドレス、利用統計、クラッシュレポート、位置情報、連絡先、写真、広告識別子、カメラ画像、顔画像、生体情報、健康情報など、いかなるユーザーデータも収集しません。
「眠クナクナール」は カメラ のみアクセスを要求します。カメラは、ライブのフロントカメラ映像をミラーとして表示し、顔・目元・頭部位置の周辺に診断風のビジュアルオーバーレイを描画するためだけに使用します。カメラへのアクセスは初回利用時に iOS の標準ダイアログで要求し、設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > カメラ > 眠クナクナール でいつでも取り消せます。

「眠クナクナール」にはサードパーティ SDK、アナリティクスツール、広告ネットワーク、トラッキングサービスは一切組み込まれていません。SwiftUI、AVFoundation、Vision、CoreHaptics、Foundation など Apple の純正フレームワークのみを使用しています。
「眠クナクナール」は医療機器ではなく、眠気や医学的状態の診断、治療、治癒、予防を目的としたものではありません。また、運転能力、覚醒度、安全性を判定するものではありません。
運転中、歩行中、機械操作中、その他注意が必要な状況では使用しないでください。
「眠クナクナール」はデータを一切収集しないため、COPPA や GDPR-K 等の児童プライバシー関連法令に関する特別な配慮は不要です。
