Nanda Sense does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. The app is a high-speed visual-recognition game where shapes fall briefly and the player guesses which one fell. Everything runs entirely on-device. There are no servers, no analytics, no advertising, no accounts.
None. Nanda Sense does not collect personal information, usage analytics, crash reports, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or any other form of data that leaves your device.
Only one permission is requested, and only when you choose to use it: Photo Library (read access for selected items). This permission is requested by iOS the first time you tap "Add Photo" in the in-app Photo Drops manager. If you never tap that button, the permission dialog never appears and the app continues to work normally with its built-in shapes only.
When you pick a photo via Apple's standard photo picker, Nanda Sense receives that single image, lets you crop and rotate it inside the app, and saves the cropped 1024×1024 PNG only inside the app's own private sandbox directory (specifically Documents/CustomDrops/). Up to seven photos can be stored at once. The full photo library is never accessed; only the images you explicitly pick are visible to the app.
Saved photos are used solely as falling-object visuals during gameplay. They are never uploaded, never shared with any server, never sent to any third party, and never made accessible to any other app. You can delete any photo at any time from the Photo Drops manager, which immediately removes the file from the sandbox.
Nanda Sense stores the following information locally on your device, and nowhere else:
• App settings (theme, difficulty, fall time, number of choices, number of rounds, "Use Photos" toggle).
• Best score and the most recent three session results (correct count, total rounds, timestamp) for the Past Sessions panel on the summary screen.
• The cropped photos you add via Photo Drops, plus a small index listing each photo's ID, creation date, and Color/Mono flag.
All of this data is removed from your device the moment you delete the app.
Nanda Sense does not perform any network communication. It does not load remote content, fetch updates from any server, or send any data outside the device. The app works fully without an internet connection.
Nanda Sense does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. The app uses only Apple's first-party frameworks (SwiftUI, UIKit, Foundation, QuartzCore, and UIImagePickerController for photo selection).
Nanda Sense is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because the app does not collect any data, no special considerations are required under children's privacy regulations such as COPPA or GDPR-K. Photo selection is initiated only by an explicit user tap, so no images are ever processed without user action.
If this privacy policy changes in a future version of the app, the updated policy will be published at this URL. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page along with the new revision date.

使用するパーミッションは 1 つだけです。写真ライブラリ (選択した画像のみへの読み取りアクセス)。このパーミッションは、アプリ内「Photo Drops」管理画面で「写真を追加」をタップした初回のみ、iOS から確認ダイアログが表示されます。「写真を追加」を一度も押さなければダイアログは表示されず、組み込みの図形のみで通常通り遊べます。
Apple 標準の写真ピッカーで画像を 1 枚選択すると、「ナンダ・センス」はその 1 枚のみを受け取り、アプリ内でトリミング・回転を行ったうえで、アプリ専用のサンドボックス領域 (具体的には Documents/CustomDrops/) に 1024×1024 の PNG として保存します。最大 7 枚まで保持できます。写真ライブラリ全体にアクセスすることは一切なく、明示的に選択した画像のみがアプリから見えます。
保存された写真はゲーム中の「落下物の見た目」としてのみ使用されます。サーバへのアップロード、第三者との共有、他アプリへの公開は一切行いません。Photo Drops 管理画面からいつでも個別に削除でき、削除した時点でサンドボックスからもファイルが消えます。
「ナンダ・センス」は次の情報を端末内にのみ保存し、それ以外のどこにも送信しません:
• アプリ設定 (テーマ、難易度、落下時間、選択肢数、チャレンジ回数、「写真を使う」トグル)。
• ベストスコアと直近 3 回のセッション結果 (正解数、総ラウンド、日時)。これは総合結果画面の「過去の結果」で表示されます。
• Photo Drops で追加したトリミング済みの写真と、各写真の ID・作成日時・カラー/白黒フラグを記録した小さなインデックス。
これらのデータはアプリを削除した時点で端末から完全に消去されます。
「ナンダ・センス」はネットワーク通信を一切行いません。リモートからのコンテンツ読み込み、サーバからの更新取得、外部へのデータ送信のいずれも発生しません。インターネット接続なしで完全に動作します。
「ナンダ・センス」にはサードパーティ SDK、アナリティクスツール、広告ネットワークは一切組み込まれていません。Apple の純正フレームワーク (SwiftUI、UIKit、Foundation、QuartzCore、および写真選択のための UIImagePickerController) のみを使用しています。
「ナンダ・センス」は 4+ 区分で全年齢向けです。一切のデータを収集しないため、COPPA や GDPR-K 等の児童プライバシー関連法令に関する特別な配慮は不要です。写真の選択は明示的なユーザー操作 (タップ) によってのみ開始されるため、ユーザー操作なしに画像が処理されることはありません。
