3D迷路ツクラー（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは、個人情報を収集・送信しません。すべての処理は端末内で完結します。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先・写真・端末識別子などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。ゲームの設定や作成した迷路データは、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も端末から削除されます。
本アプリは、解析ツール・広告・トラッキングを一切使用しません。コンテンツ配信や解析を目的としたネットワーク通信も行いません。
本アプリは、全機能を解放するための買い切りのアプリ内課金を提供しています。購入処理は Apple の App Store によって行われ、決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）は Apple が管理します。開発者が決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず安全にご利用いただけます。

3DMaze Tsukuler (“the App”) respects your privacy. The App collects no personal information and transmits nothing. Everything runs on your device.
The App collects no personal information such as name, email, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers. There is no account. Your game settings and the mazes you create are stored only on your device and are never transmitted externally. Deleting the App removes this information from your device.
The App uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking, and performs no network communication for content delivery or analytics.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all features. Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store, and payment information (such as credit card numbers) is handled by Apple. The developer does not receive your payment information.
The App collects no personal information and is safe for users of all ages.
